Scissor Boy in the Beast Wars II Anime.
Scissor Boy is a Transformer of the Beast Wars universe. He is the member of the Maximals stationed on the planet Gaea. His beast mode is an Earwig. He is also part of the Insectron forces because he made friends with Tasmanian Kid and spends much of his time hanging out with him. While the two share the same love of adventure, Scissor Boy joined the Insectrons to escape the reborn war on Cybertron. He prefers to relax and take it easy, but still have fun while doing so. He can tend to be a little stingy when it comes to money, though.
